Dimple Chopra-Zachariah, is a dynamic HR practitioner with 15+ years of human resource management experience; the last 7 years which have been at ACS Doha International School. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, international recruitment, compliance with local laws and requirements, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, a Master’s Degree in Sociology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature. She has worked with prestigious organizations in Doha such as Doha Bank and Amwal Investments and has gained extensive experience in intercultural communication, team building and managing change. Her deep expertise in policy writing, counselling, onboarding staff, salary benchmarking have led to measurable improvement with key metrics such as employee satisfaction and employee referral programs. Dimple is currently working on getting certified as a Life Coach.
