The Application Process
Our five-step application process has been designed to make things as straightforward as possible for parents while ensuring we gather all the information we need as a school. Details on the process are below and our admissions team are always available to help on any aspects of your application.

- Step 3: Pay the accompanying application fee (QAR595)
- Step 4: Request teacher references

Languages
Our status as an international school means we have decades of experience in supporting the needs of families relocating to Doha as well as Qatari families wanting to secure the very best education for their children.
Whatever your native language, we ensure every voice is heard. We also support language acquisition as part of our curriculum.
- Spanish is offered for Grades 4 – 9 and Grade 11.
- Italian is offered for Grades 6 – 9 and Grade 11.
- French is offered for Grades KG – Grade 9 and Grade 11.
- Arabic Non-Speaker is offered from KG – Grade 11.
Arabic (native speakers) is mandatory in Qatar for students from any of the 22 Arab speaking nations and begins in PK4. Students are placed by their nationality as identified on their QID.
ACS also offers after-school Italian for beginners and native speakers as part of our Italian Language and Cultural Program.
Please note that the IB Program requires a two-year language commitment in Grades 9/10 and Grades 11/12.
