Dominick Kelly

Dominick is a highly effective Chartered Manager, with over 25 years’ experience leading a broad spectrum of estates and facilities portfolios, often at national level.

A certified member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, and with a background as a Royal Naval engineer, Dominick has operated in various sectors, leading Estate/Facilities development at financial institutions, local authorities, national museums, universities and more recently the private education sector.

The complex challenge of closing out the construction and fit-out of the new Doha campus, led to Dominick moving to Qatar to take on a new Senior Facilities Manager role, that drew on all his experience in engineering, project management, estates and facilities management, to successfully lead ACS Doha through the completion of construction and fit-out, the development of capital and operational programmes, and the implementation of Facilities Management strategies and processes to support ACS’ strategic aims.
