Inclusion & Student Support
At ACS Doha, every learner is unique. Our goal is to ensure that each student is both challenged and supported so they can achieve their personal best. Learning support and English as an Additional Language (EAL) services are woven into the fabric of daily classroom life, reflecting our belief that inclusion benefits everyone.

Learning Support
Some students need extra help in specific academic or developmental areas. Our Learning Support specialists work closely with classroom teachers to design individualized learning plans (ILPs) that outline clear goals, targeted strategies, and measurable outcomes. Support may include small-group instruction, short-term intervention, or in-class accommodations that build confidence and independence.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)
Students who are developing proficiency in English receive additional language instruction while remaining fully engaged in mainstream learning. Our EAL teachers collaborate with classroom staff to strengthen reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through authentic academic content. As students gain fluency, direct EAL support is gradually reduced, ensuring a smooth transition to full participation in all classes.

Collaboration and Communication
We believe strong partnerships among teachers, parents, and students are the key to progress. Regular communication keeps families informed of goals, classroom strategies, and achievements. When needed, we coordinate with outside specialists to complement school-based support.

Admissions and Placement
ACS Doha welcomes students with a wide range of learning profiles. During the admissions process, families are encouraged to share any relevant documentation or previous learning plans. This information helps our team determine the level of support available and ensures that we can meet each child’s needs from the start.

Our Commitment
Inclusion is central to who we are—a community where every learner is valued, differences are respected, and growth is celebrated.
